Required for release:
- Fix failing test on Windows py37, due to fiona (pulled in by geopandas): https://github.com/holoviz/datashader/runs/6138592971?check_suite_focus=true
- Fix missing plot Population by Country in https://pyviz-dev.github.io/datashader/user_guide/Polygons.html
Ok to release without:
- Fix warning on 8_polygons due to spatialpandas (not needed for this release, since it's not in Datashader's codebase, plus it doesn't appear in a website build, so I'm just recording it here.)
- Move content of the Pipeline notebook into the user guide, leaving a simpler overview in Getting Started
