Get rid of the tests and example within wheel

It is just waste of space on users' machines.

Most of the excess is examples rather that tests.
Although it is standard practice to not ship examples and tests in wheels, datashader has done so for many years. There are plans to change the way that examples are made available to users in a consistent way across the various holoviz packages. Until that happens we are going to carry on including the examples and tests in wheels.
