Docs: Graphics

Currently, we have Drini's unfinished guide to graphics (doc 3.4) as well as some remarks in the style guide (doc 3.1). These will need to be rewritten to match the current situation. There are basically two issues to address. Firstly, how to include graphic specifications within an entry using packages like pstricks and xypic. It would be good to have a few examples and directions on how to make basic graphics like simple geometric diagrams and plots. Secondly, how to include graphics files and use the Planetary gallery. Unlike in the current document, I don't think we need discuss the various third party programs one could use to create mathematical graphics at length; rather, it should suffice to explain what sort of file formats one should have them output so as to be compatible with our platform.

The pstricks, xypic and tikz parts of the ticket fall in the TeX documentation (and should be cross-referenced between the TeX and Graphics sections of the docs).

Ideally we have those guys supported in LaTeXML by mid-summer, then I can volunteer to create a write-up of LaTeXML's coverage and details of how far it can take you We don't know exactly what the restrictions are yet, but hardcore kern-ing and vbox-hbox arithmetic could be prone to appear somewhat skewed in the created SVG. But that's definitely worthy of a short discussion when it's done.

It would be great if we could use the current PM TeX-based graphics as a test-suite (like Moritz did with Wikipedia math). Since mid-summer is approaching soon, maybe we should revive the PM Build System for testing, with latest contents...

We'll want an improved version of the Gallery mechanism - this is documented in other issues.
