Docs: Scoring

Generally alright, could use once-over and updating.

Are the points awarded for various actions the same in Planetary as in Noosphere?
If so, all we need to do is change "Noosphere" to "Planetary" in the document,
otherwise we need to update the score table as well.

Since we don't have books, expositions, papers, and polls anymore, obviously
those items in the table will have to go for now.

Yes, I ported ported all of the old scores with current relevance, noted and checked off one by one here: MathHubInfo/Legacy-planetary#50

One newer detail that we should document is that users get +0 points when they read an article (unless they opt out of tracking by editing their user profile and un-checking the relevant item). Clearly +0 doesn't effect the total score -- it's purely useful in combination with the collections mechanism to help people keep track of which articles they have read. At present, this data is entirely private (i.e. only seen by the logged in user). If we move to an infrastructure where we want to support courses, we might share it with the teacher or whatever.

But I'd see that level of detail as more suitable for a PM Preview.
