Making it relatively easy for anyone who's involved with the PlanetMath org who wants to contribute to do so was one of the goals for the Planetary rebuild. Accordingly we should make sure to have some basic programmer "quickstart" notes available. These have been started in the Planetary tracker but need to be finished. Marking this as an element of our Organization Building milestone.
