Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: You Scratch My Back... (37860)
The Current Behaviour is as following: Release Whelplings (179825) to disable the Mana Collector Pylons is not working properly. Deployed whelpings are not responding.
Expected Behaviour should be as following: Whelplings should be able to destroy a Mana Collector Pylon.

After recent maintenance, quest is working as intended. Can be closed as completed.
