Imported to QGIS by geoJSON Issue

Salam brother,

First of all, great work and big thanks for sharing out
I was able to import your geoJSON districts file on QGIS and got some of the maps but many got skipped it seems.
When I deep-dived into one of the undrawn ones, I can find their lat.long data already there in the geoJSON. Even the JSON files included those undrawn districts!

I am not able to find out the reason. Can you help out please?

To clarify on yellow are the districts polygons and the dots I think are the center points of all the cities.

i compared the body of a drawn and not drawn district polygon; they are exactly the same structure
i cannot think of any other reason that cause them to be skipped from being drawn.
