Update to home assistant core 2024.5.3, esphome and terminal do not install.

The problem
All 3 integrations do not update or install properly. Message error starting please see supervisor. I have installed a clean home assistant for the 3rd time in months due to this issue.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates.
