Reolink webhook URL unreachable

The problem
Hi
I am following up #124208
I have a Reolink Camera (E1 Zoom) integrated with HA.
From time to time, I get the error Reolink webhook URL unreachable.
This is NOT network related. I don't have VLANs. HA is reachable over HTTP in LAN for local devices.
The workaround is to reboot the camera, but this is happening quite often since few weeks. I don't think it's camera related, because the camera settings have not been changed. Once rebooted, the camera works fine for sime time with HA.
192.168.0.124 is the Reolink Camera, which is up and running.
