Problem with Fritz!Box Tools.

The problem
I'm using a Fritz 6690 Cable Router with Powerline Adapter 1260E in HA and have a problem with the integrations "AVM FRITZ!Box Tools" and "AVM FRITZ!Box: FRITZ!Powerline 1260E" since some weeks. I do have to enter the Login password after every single HA restart for the integration "AVM FRITZ!Box: FRITZ!Powerline 1260E". After I enter the password this integration is working. However, the integration "AVM FRITZ!Box Tools" is showing an error. Although the error is displayed, the fritz.box tools are working

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

Additional information
Could it be that this is related to an Fritz OS update? With the new version there is no longer an "admin" user available which I initially used when I installed the integrations at the very beginning of the HA set up (2 years ago). The new Fritz OS creates automatically an user called "fritz" followed by 4 digits (eg "fritz1234"). Unfortunately, when I start the reconfiguration I am able to change IP etc but not able to change the user for the integration "AVM FRITZ!Box Tools". This is only possible for the integration "AVM FRITZ!Box: FRITZ!Powerline 1260E" which is running w/o problems afterwards until next restart.
This problem might be similar to #127623
