Tuya integration; Fireplace Blower fan speed not available as entity

The problem

Adding device "Fireplace + Blower Remote SH4001D" to Tuya integration only creates switch entity to turn fireplace on/off but does not include BLOWER FAN SPEED which is available in iOS app with options of "OFF";"Low";"Medium";High"
Would be ideal to have second entity of type "Fan" included with this device in the Tuya integration
