Issue with Overkiz and Hexaom HexaConnect integration : Too many requests, try again later

The problem

Hello,

I added Overkiz to my Home Assistant platform, but I am getting an issue with Hexaom HexaConnect server integration. Indeed, my credentials are correctly recognized and I am able to get all my devices and sensors in Home Assistant, but after a few minutes the polling is getting an issue. I get the error message for all sensors and devices : “xxx” is now unavailable. In Overkiz integration I have the message : Too many requests, try again later.

So I contacted HexaConnect support, and they are not aware of any limitation with Home Assistant : for example count locking after a few polls or to many requests on their server. They asked me to contact Home Assistant support.
Is there a way to limit the number of requests that are sent to Hexaom HexaConnect server, the polling interval, or the number of parallel requests that are sent from Home Assistant server ? That could be the issue

Regards.
