Unable to add Tapo P125M's, FW 1.2.5, via Matter (BETA) Integration

The problem

I am running Home Assistant 2024.10.3 OS. I have a few Tapo bulbs which I was able to commission without a problem, but I have been unable to add the Tapo P125M's to Home Assistant via Matter. I have them configured in the Tapo app and am using the Matter Setup Code code with the Matter Python Webserver "commission existing node" function, which I've used for several bulbs and another brand of plug. It is failing. The P125's are all HW version 1.0 and FW version 1.2.5 I had also tried "commission new" before adding them to the Tapo app.
