Alexa Integration fails with cannot_retrieve_data_with_error

The problem

The integration asks when installion for login, password and tfa. After completing it is added, but gets not devices or information and fails with "Einrichtungsfehler, wird erneut versucht: cannot_retrieve_data_with_error"

Diagnostics information

(my integration did also not work unter 2025.10.x - but under 2025.10.x only the text to speech was state unknown. I hoped it gets better after updating :-)).

I did remove the integration complete, reboot and tried from fresh - but same issue.

After reintegrating i get the message that it was successfully and yet HA gives error to this integration.

Same problem with HA core version 2025.10.4

Have the same problem in the UK. Went to my amazon account and checked that the app was enrolled and it is. Still fails to authenticate as does Alexa Media Player.  I assume Amazon have been messing with the API again. Alexa voice control is still working with HA exposed entities.
