wiii taking preference over ethernet

Raspberry Pi Model

Raspberry Pi 1 B

Describe The Bug

I want my ethernet connection to be the only WAN available.

WiFi is overwriting all internet settings. It should be eth0 which IS connected but if I disable WiFi then I have no connection.

Not sure what is going on. It says in the manual that ethernet should overtake WiFi if it is detected.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
