Additional context

The nightly broke. We removed the Gemfile.lock to let dependency versions float for the nightly. This has, as expected, notified us of a breakage: rspec_junit_formatter 0.5.0+ does not work in Ruby 2.2. This only affects dev and CI, but those are kind of important.
