I have pose keypoints dataset for the upper body only, Can I retrain your model for this?
Could you share more details on this or if you aware of better way for upper body human mesh reconstruction only?

Answer: YES
As long as you can define the adjacent matrix of the skeleton, you can retrain Pose2Mesh on your upper body dataset.
