Hi Honza,

Can we directly use this bible resources in android mobile application?

What is the procedure to use it if it is in MIT licence.

Only the code is under the MIT license. If you want to use the text of the bible, you need to contact the publisher and get their approval. Usually, they have usage rules on their websites. You can usually use it for personal stuff for free.
