NachoTextView is interpreting some characters as backspace on costum keyboards like SwiftKey.

The TextView is e.g. interpreting a "." as backspace when I use it on a Galaxy S7 with the SwiftKey-Keyboard. This applies also for "," or "!" or "?".
If I use the Android Emulator and the stock keyboard, this does not happen.
