"Update all activities"

Feature request from a user: Allow adding weather info to all past activities at once.

I opted not to have a "update all activities" feature because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of rate limiting API calls or worrying about the costs or anything. The Strava api and darksky apis both have relatively low limits and I didn't want one person with a thousand activities to take the service down for everyone. I also think historical information is best handled by a more comprehensive analysis or visualization tool.

That said, if enough people want to see this feature then I will reconsider.
