No indication that the description was successfully updated

After clicking "update description" in the dialog, there is no indication in the UI that the procedure succeeded or failed.
A notification should appear on the list item, as an overlay, or via some other means to indicate success or failure.

When loading, the app should request this list of marked activities. Then, when posting each new description, it adds that to the list.
The described activities can be shown by a small icon next to the activity name.
