rutorrent timeouts

Hi,

I am experiencing a number of timeouts since the recent update. RuTorrent will timeout every few minutes and the Labels and Trackers sections on the left side of rutorrent interface are unresponsive. I have tested this on two different systems with the same results. In Googling around, I am wondering if maybe the version of ruTorrent for 0.9.8 might be in use here and the cause this issue?
