versions higher than 4.5.2 result with "host not found" trackers

I am getting these errors on versions 4.5.3 and 4.5.4 with trackers -> host not found (non-authoritative) try again later

It is working perfectly fine with 4.5.2 and lower versions.

Any idea of what is causing this regression?
