Addition of info section on OSM download

From the monthly collective meeting of January, Adding information icons with the download will be a great feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
An "i" icon on the right side of downloads would be great visualising the information of last generated time and size of the downloaded file.
The message could be something like "file last generated at 2024-01-01t00:00:00 utc. Estimated download size: 400mb’"

These are some of the designs we have thought of for incorporating metadata on osm download. We have also thought of adding "i" icon to add metadata, however it turned out to be not so visually appealing.
