[BUG] CORS error in Dev server

Describe the bug
Any action on dev server fails with an error message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://tasks-dev.hotosm.org/
2. Click on any section
3. You will error message on the frontend

Expected behavior
All the pages should load without errors
