To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make sure that you have admin access

1. Go to 'manage'
2. Click on 'partners page'
3. See error

Expected behavior

Remove grained like texture box to make the page consistent with other pages
Also remove the footer to make the page consistent with other tabs.
Add a back button to navigate from statistics page to partners page.
