[BUG] End date and time in the "New campaign" JS popup doesn't save

On main branch in development, after creating a new campaign via the "Create first campaign" link on the dashboard home page, I set the end date and time, but it isn't saved to the campaign. The campaign shows "This campaign has ended, but you can still contribute by clicking the button below."

If I then select the "Settings" button and re-apply the date and time, it persists after saving, showing eg. "29 days remaining".

Thanks @wwahammy! This one is actually very low priority for us given it only affects backend campaign setup and can easily be worked around by going back in and setting the date a second time.
