We should add a list of usernames and links to GitHub profiles to the users that have submitted their challenges

Use the GitHub username as the link text EG:
https://github.com/pfwd/xmas-countdown would be
pfwd -> https://github.com/pfwd/xmas-countdown

This would be a list of usernames each linking to their work
