Need to identify maintainer set for each of the lessons

• hpc-chapel: hpc-chapel-maintainers has no active members.
• hpc-intro: hpc-intro-maintainers has 20 members, and healthy participation 🎉
• hpc-parallel-novice: hpc-parallel-novice-maintainers has 2 active members.
• hpc-python: hpc-python-maintainers has 2 active members.
• hpc-shell: hpc-shell-maintainers has 3 active members.
