- including tutorial & examples
- reason: to have a stable version that will last in master for a long time
- including installation instructions (test: both linux & windows)

Also check documentation of stuff like : "1) The value function of the EssentialBoundaryCondition class has 6 parameters that are passed in: x, y, n_x, t_x, and t_y"
