This PR tracks issues with the dasbhoards:

  • Add nanomesh as a dependency to requirements -> #276
  • Deployed version needs new release of nanomesh (0.8.0)
  • Update documentation / readme to link to dashboards -> #276
  • Update manifest.in -> #278
  • Move dashboards to own repo
  • Pin all versions

  • Create new repo from dash directory
  • packages.txt
  • Update links in docs/index.rst
  • Update links in readme.md
  • Update links in Streamlit Cloud
  • Remove update_dash branch
  • Add LICENCE
  • Remove dash dir / packages.txt from nanomesh
