[Agent-monitoring/Configuration] Allow competitors to be set for marketplaces

Currently, the agent_monitoring uses all passed agents from the config as "agents to be monitored". In other tasks, all agents after the first one are used as competitors in the market. Configs for agent_monitoring should have an additional field "competitors" that allows setting competitors used in the marketplace.
