[Documentation] Update Quick Start Guide in the Wiki

The Quick start guide should be for users of our simulation, so it needs simple installation steps (or a reference to it) and how to use the parts of the simulation agent_monitoring, training and exampleprinter and what they can be used for.
So we need explanation of the following:

• general setup (installing recommerce)
• task description (what can be done using our framework)
• starting local (including, which config do I need, what structure and where to put them? how do I use the different tasks)
• using the webserver (including which config do I need, see above, how to use the UI)

I would not include the webserver in the Quick-Start Guide, as it is something extra on top that is not necessarily needed.
