[Monitoring] Set `support_continuous_action_space` automatically in monitoring

Depending on the chosen agents, support_continuous_action_space must be True or False in agent_monitoring. Currently, it is not possible to set this parameter manually, and it is not set depending on the chosen agents. One of these options should be implemented.
