[Docker] make it possible to run more than 37 Container

As Alex I want to be able to run an infinite amount of container on the remote machine, in order to do my research.
In @felix-20 paper they found out that the limitation is currently 37 for the default qlearning configuration.
Possible solutions are also presented in that paper.
Probably needs implementation of #507 first
