Cleanup Ontology Mess

Now, a pattern can have multiple ontologies ... thanks to SEON. This should end. One pattern, one ontology.

Tasks:

• Merge the SEON ontologies
• Remove all the @pattern.ontologies references
• Make that relationship a one-to-one
• cleanup the code...
