Create-Course-Test & Create-Task-Test leave test-data in database

After running Create-Course or Create-Task it will leave a test-course/test-task in the database. The reseed of the database or the erasing of test-data has yet to be implemented.
For this reason, the create-course-branch and create-task-branch are not deleted (but merged into master).
