Make use of script categories

At the moment, script categories in the organizer can be used to serialize scripts into extension categories to be versioned in custom packages through Monticello.
Would be nice if we could use those categories (or tags?) to organize scripts in general.
Use script properties for that. Not an extra list in the organization.
