change read/unread behavior for calls to action

User stories

As a lender I want my calls to action to stay unread until I answered them in order to get reminded by this visual indicator, that I still have to answer the request.

Acceptance Criteria

  • calls to action stay unread till they answered
  • check if it works with the current implementation of the dashboard
  • --> if not contact team MW

I can confirm this will probably work, one only has to remove the js script from the partial and add something to the action call to make it unread
