Add global Margin for all Elements

User stories

As a User, I want to have a uniform gap between the content and the edge of my screen in order to be able to see all content on all Displays and to have a better experience.

UI Mock-up

All pages shall have a margin on their top that separates the Top of the Screen from the page's content.
That margin should be of the same size as the current margins on the Dashboard page and shall be the same on all pages.
Also the margin on left and right of the Dashboard Cards should be adapted, such that it looks like those on the Search page.

Acceptance Criteria

• Dashboard and Search Cards have same margin to sides, for this please reference the margin used in Search Page
• dashboard meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• search page meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• new item meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• edit item meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• item view meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• notification page meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• profile page meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• edit profile page meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
• login screen meets the requirements listed in Mock-up (margin top)
