RoomsController does not work for recurring events

It implements an upcoming_events method that just filters the start dates of all events (and not the other occurrences of recurring events as the dashboard does).
It also shows just events at their start date (thats wired if you want to approve an event) in the calendar, because it does nor work with occurrences as the dashboard.
Is an old and not updated copy of dashboard controller logic...
