Add "unique_id" in examples

Hey could you add "unique_id" Parameter in "examples/configuration.yaml" & https://github.com/hristo-atanasov/Tasmota-IRHVAC/blob/master/SERVICES.md#example-with-template-switch, than the GUI works to set rooms
