Recode is a linter with autocorrection and a refactoring tool (or it wants to become one 😉 ). Both are sharing the functionality of Recode.Project. The plan is to split this parts to Recode, Exchange and ProjectEx.

The refactoring part was removed and the project part is now in rewrite.
