host set with different es file

hi, thx for your powerful plugin. but i am wondering how to set different es file with different host. because i have so many es clusters. it is tedious to change host every time.

an simple idea I had was maybe saving a list of hosts on the plugin setting. then once you open a new es file, instead of just a input field with the host you have a list that can be selected and the input to adding new. also a plus would be a way to relaunch the select to change hosts on the fly
