Certainly!

In another list I maintain, someone translated the list to Chinese. A README_ch.md was added with all contents translated. You could do something similar. Updates will likely still need to be manual and might become a bit out-of-date at some point. You could consider adding a line stating that the English version is likely to be the most up-to-date version of the list.
