Javascript and Haxe implementations does not provide "porting" functions

https://www.hsluv.org/implementations/ states that all ports must provide a set of functions, but the javascript and haxe implementations does not provide those functions anymore.

They are still provided, the calling convention is changed to avoid heap allocation, but that's documented in the respective repos' READMEs.
