Ctrl+a Delete prevents me from typing anymore in the Redactor field. Firefox 21 & 22.

If I start typing something and then delete all of the text (eg, by pressing Ctrl+A Delete) when I start typing again it will only let me type one or two characters. If I change keyboard focus to something else and then come back then it starts working again. I am using Firefox 22. This is also a problem on Friefox 21 but this isn't a problem in Chrome or Safari.
