WebSocket connection only fails when connecting to proxy

window OS version : 24H2 (build : 26100.4770), Win11
bun version : 1.2.17
http proxy version : 1.18.1
Other http requests can be requested through proxies, but only WebSockets cannot be requested.
I'm in so much pain. The deadline for the project is just around the corner, and I'm struggling with this deadly bug. Please save poor Kimchi Man
