Font Size Normal is never defined

When copying into a new document or exporting as a PDF, minimized and emphasized font sizes are retained, but normal (unemphasized) text defaults to the current document size in Docs or Word instead of what was defined in settings (defaults to primary emphasis size when saving to PDF).
