Script a branch materialized from defaults

Some users may not want to mess with giter8. Travis should be able to materialize it with defaults and check it back in to a branch.
Bonus points: I'll bet Travis could materialize an Activator template, if anyone cared.

sbt has a new command now, which considerably lowers the barrier to entry. And maybe I live in a bubble, but I haven't thought about Activator probably since this ticket.
